Soma Ma

Dear Beautiful World,

I am Soma Ma, the creator and curator of Sublime Liberation, a sanctuary for embodiment, expansion, and radical liberation. My life’s journey has been one of survival, profound healing, and a return to the sacred space of Being. I am a three-time certified yoga instructor, hold a BA and MA in Art History, and am a lifelong student of the esoteric arts, philosophy, and spirituality. However, my most transformative initiation has been into the Holiness of Motherhood—a journey that was terrifying, life-threatening, and life-altering, yet became the ultimate awakening of my Soul.

Through Sublime Liberation, I share my path and purpose, crafting tools and experiences that guide others toward wholeness and clarity. My offerings are not about teaching or healing in the traditional sense; I am not a guru, saint, or healer. Instead, I am a conscious guide, holding lanterns of illumination as you walk the path back to your Self. In a world that often distracts, disconnects, and numbs, my offerings invite you to gently shed the layers of societal conditioning and trauma, allowing your Soul to rise fully into your Body—unveiled, present, and alive.

Through movement, breath, and personal storytelling, we meet the shadowed and forgotten parts of ourselves, integrating them into a state of wholeness. These offerings are an invitation to step into your authentic essence and expand beyond the confines of the mundane.

My wisdom and knowing come not from textbooks or certifications but from the trials of life itself. I have endured and overcome severe abuse and abandonment, lived with chronic pain and disease, and physically died and returned to life more than once. These experiences—along with the lifetimes of soul-deep lessons they carried—have tethered me to my Soul, the life force that sustained me when nothing else could. This journey has guided me to live wholly from a space of Being, far removed from ego, fear, and competition.

Sublime Liberation is rooted in love, compassion, and the endless wellspring of Being. It is my purpose to share these offerings with you, to spark the resurrection of your Soul, and to empower you to experience the liberation that exists within you. With full heart and sacred intention, I gift these creations as a guide to illuminate your unique path home.
